基于中德SGAVE项目的汽车检测与维修专业教学模式研究——以遵义职业技术学院汽车工程学院为例

摘　　要：文章以中德汽车职业教育SGAVE项目为背景,以遵义职业技术学院汽车工程学院中德SGAVE实验班为实例,从制定人才培养计划、组织教学内容、教学设计、实施工单任务考核、确保SGAVE项目教学模式实施的改革措施等五个主要方面进行研究,根据SGAVE项目要求,结合汽车检测与维修岗位能力目标,并采取客户委托书的形式展开项目教学,探索汽车检测与维修技术专业教学新模式,实现人才培养与岗位能力需求的完美对接,提升学生综合能力,提高汽车检测与维修专业的教学水平。Based on the Sino-German SGAVE project of Automotive vocational education and the example of the Sino-German SGAVE Experimental class in the School of Automotive Engineering of Zunyi Vocational and Technical College,the paper studied from five main aspects,including the formulation of talent training plan,the organization of teaching content,teaching design,the implementation of work order task assessment,and the reform measures to ensure the implementation of the teaching mode of SGAVE project.According to the requirements of SGAVE project,combined with the goal of automobile testing and maintenance post ability,and carried out the project teaching in the form of customer power of attorney,explored the new teaching mode of Automotive Maintenance&Detection technology,realized the perfect docking of talent training and post ability requirements,improved the comprehensive ability of students,and improved the teaching level of Automotive Maintenance&Detection major.
