摘  要:随着近几年国家环保力度的加大,亟需建造更大跨度的干煤棚来满足电厂原煤的存储和作业空间,为大跨度预应力钢结构干煤棚的发展带来机遇。预应力的引入,虽然增大了结构的跨越能力、整体刚度和承载能力,但同时也使得干煤棚的设计和建造相对复杂。本文以某预应力张弦拱桁架干煤棚项目为背景,分析了该项目钢结构深化设计重难点,对其深化设计流程和典型节点的深化设计做了重点介绍,并阐述了深化设计过程中的注意事项;通过对主次桁架连接节点进行优化设计,降低现场施工难度,保证现场施工进度和安装质量;采用ABAQUS软件对主桁架支座和索端锚固节点进行有限元分析,结果表明,节点设计满足结构受力要求。With the increase of national environmental protection in recent years,it is urgent to build a larger-span dry coal shed to meet the storage and operation space of raw coal in power plants,which brings opportunities for the development of large-span prestressed steel structure dry coal shed.Although the introduction of prestressing force increases the spanning capacity,overall stiffness and bearing capacity of the structure,it also makes the design and construction of dry coal shed relatively complicated.Based on the background of a prestressed arch string truss dry coal shed project,this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the steel structure deepening design of the project,introduces the detailed design process and the detailed design of typical joints,and expounds the matters needing attention in the detailed design process.Through the optimization design of the primary and secondary truss connection nodes,the difficulty of on-site construction is reduced,and the on-site construction progress and installation quality are ensured.The finite element analysis of the main truss support and the cable-end anchorage joint was carried out by ABAQUS software.The results show that the joint design meets the structural stress requirements.
