摘 要:目的:研究建立酸枣仁三维荧光光谱鉴别方法,为酸枣仁真伪鉴别提供依据。方法:建立6批不同产地酸枣仁三维荧光光谱,并利用三维荧光技术对2批酸枣仁伪品、3批掺伪品鉴别分析,采用荧光区域积分法对不同产地酸枣仁、酸枣仁伪品及掺伪品三维荧光图谱进行区域积分,将区域积分值进行相似度评价、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果:相似度结果显示,不同产地酸枣仁三维荧光图谱相似性均为1,相似性极高;聚类结果与主成分分析结果一致,明确将样品分为3类,均能通过区域积分值实现酸枣仁正品、伪品、掺伪品的区分。结论:利用三维荧光技术可以对不同产地酸枣仁质量进行一致性评价,实现酸枣仁真伪的快速鉴别,为酸枣仁的质量评价提供参考。Objective:To establish the identification method of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of Suanzaoren(Ziziphi Spinosae Semen),and to provide the basis for the authenticity identification of Suanzaoren.Methods:Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of six batches of Suanzaoren from different areas were established,and two batches of counterfeit Suanzaoren and three batches of adulterated Suanzaoren were identified and analyzed by threedimensional fluorescence technique.The three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of Suanzaoren from different producing areas,counterfeit and adulterated products of Suanzaoren were integrated by fluorescence region integration method.The regional integral values were analyzed by similarity evaluation,clustering and principal component analysis.Results:The similarity results showed that the similarity of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of Suanzaoren from different producing areas was 1,and the similarity was very high.The clustering results were consistent with the results of principal component analysis,and the samples were clearly divided into three categories,which could distinguish between genuine,counterfeit and adulterated Suanzaoren by regional integral value.Conclusion:The study on the quality consistency of Suanzaoren from different areas can be realized by three-dimensional fluorescence technology,and the rapid authenticity identification of Suanzaoren can be realized,so as to provide reference for the quality evaluation of Suanzaoren.
