远志毒性及其炮制品研究进展

摘　　要：远志具有安神益智、镇咳祛痰、消痈散结的功效,但其胃肠毒性反应明显。梳理文献发现,远志分别经蜂蜜、甘草、生姜、厚朴炮制后不仅毒性减弱,还保留宁心安神、祛痰开窍之功,并扩大了临床应用范围。远志的毒性成分为远志皂苷类成分,易引起胃肠道不良反应。蜜远志主要药效体现在镇咳祛痰方面,主要活性成分为远志皂苷类成分;制远志主要药效体现在镇静安神方面,主要活性成分为寡糖酯类;姜制远志主要药效体现在调畅气机方面,主要活性成分为挥发油;厚朴炙远志主要药效体现在和胃运脾方面,主要活性成分为厚朴酚、细叶远志皂苷。远志的临床疗效确切,但其毒性无法忽视,亟需对远志毒性及其炮制品进行更为深入的研究,为远志临床安全用药提供参考。参考文献68篇。Yuanzhi(Polygalae Radix)has the efficacy of tranquilizing mind and improving intelligence,relieving cough and expelling phlegm,dispersing abscesses and dissipating mass,however,its gastrointestinal toxicity is obvious.The author combed the literature and found that after processed with Fengmi(Mel),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens)and Houpo(Magnolia Officinalis Cortex),not only the toxicity of Yuanzhi could be reduced,but also the function of tranquilizing heart and calming mind,expelling phlegm and promoting resuscitation could be retained to expand the scope of clinical application.The toxic constituents of Yuanzhi are Yuanzhi saponins,which are easy to cause gastroin-testinal adverse reactions.The main efficacy of honey processed Yuanzhi is to relieve cough and expel phlegm,and the main active constituents are Yuanzhi saponins.The main efficacy of processed Yuanzhi is to tranquilize mind,and the main active constituents are oligosaccharides.The main efficacy of ginger processed Yuanzhi is to regulate qi movement,and the main active constituents are volatile oils.The main efficacy of Houpo processed Yuanzhi is to harmonize stomach and activate spleen,and the main active constituents are magnolol and Xiye Yuanzhi saponin.The clinical efficacy of Yuanzhi is precise,but its toxicity cannot be ignored.It is urgent to conduct more in-depth research on the toxicity of Yuanzhi and its processed products,so as to provide references for safe use of Yuanzhi in clinic.There are 68 references in total.
