漳浦县疟疾防治历程及消除后防控措施探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析漳浦县疟疾防治历程及消除后的主要防控措施,评价疟疾防治措施和防治效果,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法:回顾性分析漳浦县1950年-2023年疟疾发病历史、流行病学调查、媒介调查、防治和监测资料。结果:漳浦县从1950年开始进行了疟疾防控工作,其中,1954年发病率为3020.86/10万,这个时期是疟疾大爆发时期,通过不断探索抗疟技术,1985年发病率降至了0.15/10万。1986年之后,通过综合性防治措施,进一步降低疟疾发病率,仅为0.29-5.73/10万,这三个时期是漳浦县疟疾高发、流行阶段。2000年至2011年期间,漳浦县定期监测蚊媒媒介,做好疟疾后期监测工作。至2023年,该县已连续多年本地原发感染病例零报告。结论:漳浦县疟疾防控措施卓有成效,疟疾防治和疟疾消除后防控措施达到预期目标。Objective:To analyze the course of malaria control and the main control measures after elimination in Zhangpu County,evaluate the malaria control measures and effect.Methods:Data on malaria incidence history,epide-miological investigation,vector investigation,prevention and monitoring in Zhangpu County from 1950 to 2023 were col-lected and analyzed retrospectively.Results:Zhangpu County began to carry out the prevention and control of malaria in 1950,among which the incidence rate was 3020.86/10,000 in 1954.This period was the period of malaria outbreak.Through continuous exploration of anti-malarial technology,the incidence rate decreased to 0.15/100,000 in 1985.After 1986,the incidence of malaria was further reduced through comprehensive prevention and control measures,only 0.29-5.73/100,000.The three periods were the high incidence and epidemic stage of malaria in Zhangpu County.From 2000 to 2011,Zhangpu County regularly monitored the mosquito vectors and did a good job in the late monitoring of malaria.By 2023,there has been zero report of local primary infection cases in our county for many consecutive years.Conclu-sion:The malaria prevention and control measures in Zhangpu County have been effective,and the prevention and con-trol measures of malaria and after malaria elimination have achieved the expected goals.
