摘  要:为了模拟天然气水合物开采过程中近井储层内的渗流过程,分析不同开采参数下井周温压场的变化规律,研究二次水合物饱和度的时空变化规律,设计了模拟天然气水合物近井储层渗流规律的试验装置。该装置包括数据采集系统、反应釜系统、真空系统、高压系统和低温恒温系统5个部分。模拟试验结果表明:反应釜系统可以模拟近井储层中二维径向流,能实时、完整地检测温度场和压力场的变化;真空系统在提高真空度以降低反应釜与外界环境热传导,实现外界对水合物试验系统无传热等方面具有关键作用;该装置可以较好地模拟近井周天然气水合物储层在开采过程中物质传递和水合物相变的过程。研究结论可为天然气水合物降压开采技术的改进提供理论依据。In order to simulate the flow process in the reservoir near wellbore during the gas hydrate exploitation,analyze the variation law of the temperature and pressure field around the wellbore under different exploitation parameters and study the spatiotemporal variation law of the secondary hydrate saturation,a test device for simulating the flow law of gas hydrate reservoir near wellbore was designed.The device consists of five parts such as data acquisition system,reactor system,vacuum system,high-pressure system and low-temperature and constant temperature system.The simulation test results show that the reactor system can simulate 2D radial flow in the reservoir near wellbore,and can wholly detect the changes in temperature and pressure fields in real time;the vacuum system plays a crucial role in improving the vacuum degree to reduce heat conduction between the reactor and the external environment and achieve zero heat transfer from the outside to the hydrate test system;and this device can effectively simulate the process of material transfer and hydrate phase change in gas hydrate reservoirs near the wellbore during the exploitation process.The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of depressurization exploitation technology for gas hydrates.
