摘　　要：海上无修井机平台依赖钻井船修井,费用高、时效慢,现有非常规作业技术对平台条件要求高,难以推广。为此,开展了连续复合管缆投捞式人工举升技术研究和应用。针对复杂井况和无修井机平台特点,对管柱和井下工具结构进行了优化设计,通过管缆选型计算和电泵扬程拟合,在南海西部涠洲11-1A平台A21H1井进行了先导性应用。研究结果表明:连续复合管缆投捞式人工举升工艺优化了管柱结构,取消湿接头设计,增设液控滑套,生产期间可实现换层;采用特质动力电缆集成的连续复合管缆强度大,防腐能力增强,大大降低了作业风险;完成了在A21H1井的不压井作业,目前该井投产后日增油60 m^(3)。研究结果可为海上油田无修井机平台的修井作业提供技术支撑。The offshore platform without workover rig relies on drilling vessel for workover,which is costly and slow in efficiency,moreover,the existing unconventional operation technologies have high requirements for platform conditions and are difficult to promote.Therefore,research and application were carried out for coiled composite cable dropping-fishing artificial lift technology.Aiming at the complex well conditions and the characteristics of platform without workover rig,the string and downhole tool structures were optimally designed;by means of cable selection calculation and electric pump head fitting,a pilot application was carried out in the A21H1 well of the WZ11-1A platform in western South China Sea.The research results show that the coiled composite cable dropping-fishing artificial lift technology optimizes string structure,cancels wet connector design,adds hydraulic control sliding sleeve,and can achieve layer change during production.The coiled composite cable integrated with special power cables has greater strength and enhanced anti-corrosion ability,greatly reducing operational risks.Snubbing operation has been accomplished in A21H1 well,which has a daily incremental oil of 60m^(3)for the moment.The research conclusions provide technical support for workover operation in offshore oilfield platforms without workover rigs.
