摘　　要：绿竹作为一种优良的笋材两用竹种,具有较高的生态、经济和观赏价值。为进一步加强和深化浙南地区绿竹资源的开发和利用,文章综述了2005年以来在绿竹生物学、遗传学、繁殖繁育、竹林管护、竹材加工、竹笋保鲜和竹笋加工等方面的研究进展,提出了绿竹今后的研究重点和资源开发利用建议。目前,对于绿竹的研究广泛而深入,但是绿竹喜温暖湿润,不耐严寒,适生区域具有局限性,笋期在夏季,竹笋采收后不适合长期贮藏和远距离运输,致使绿竹笋的销售受到地理区域的限制;绿竹多为母株移栽造林,具有母系遗传特性,开花周期较长且不固定,结实率较低,使绿竹的良种选育具有遗传上的局限性,因此在绿竹笋保鲜加工、遗传信息扩展和优良种质选育等方面需要进一步深入研究。Bambusa oldhamii Munro(green bamboo)has a high ecological,economic,and ornamental values as an excellent species for both shoot and timber production.To further strengthen and deepen the development and utilization of green bamboo resources in southern Zhejiang,this paper reviews the progress in green bamboo research on biology,genetics,reproduction and breeding,bamboo forest management,bamboo timber processing,bamboo shoot preservation,and bamboo shoot processing since 2005,and puts forward the future research focus and suggestions for the development and utilization of green bamboo.The research on green bamboo has been extensive and in-depth up to now,but green bamboo is more adapted to warm and humid environments,which is cold intolerant,and thus it has a limited area for growing.Green bamboo has the shoot emerge in summer,and the shoots are not fit for long-term storage and long-distance transportation after harvesting,resulting in limited geographical regions for sales.In most cases,the mother plants of green bamboo are used for transplanting and afforestation,which endows green bamboo with maternal inheritance characteristics and leads to long and irregular flowering cycles and low rate of seed setting.This restricts the breeding and improvement of green bamboo variety in terms of genetics.Hence,more research needs to be done for shoot preservation and processing,genetic information expansion,and excellent germplasm selection&breeding of green bamboo.
