摘　　要：开展东北百合引种驯化过程中的物候、土壤处理、繁殖、田间管理、病虫害防治等研究。结果显示:东北百合喜暗棕色森林腐殖土,pH为5.5~6.5可以正常生长;物候期约120 d,蕾期约43 d,盛花期约22 d;种子为子叶出土型;能够进行有性繁殖和无性繁殖(鳞片扦插);栽培土壤基质需消毒;病害主要有疫病、病毒病及生理性日灼,虫害为害昆虫主要为蚜虫、东方蝼蛄、种蝇。The phenology,soil treatment,propagation,field management and pest control of Lilium distichum were studied.The results show that Lilium distichum prefer dark brown forest humus soil and can grow normally when pH is 5.5~6.5,with about 120 days of phenological period,43 days of budding period,and 22 days of full flowering period.The seeds of Lilium distichum belong to cotyledon unearthed type,which can be propagated sexually or asexually(scale cuttings);The cultivated soil substrate should be disinfected.The main diseases of Lilium distichum were blight,viral disease and physiological sunburn,and the main insect pests are aphids,eastern mole cricket and seed flies.
