摘　　要：目的探讨孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层的超声表现特点。方法根据患者超声二维灰阶声像图、彩色多普勒及超声造影特征,并结合相关文献,总结超声在孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层病变中的应用。结果孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层超声检查受腹腔气体影响较大,部分患者可见清晰显示夹层内膜带、真假腔隙及腔内血流情况,可结合超声造影进一步明确腔内血栓形成情况。结论超声在诊断孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层病变中具有无创、便捷、可重复性好的优势,是患者治疗过程中随访观察的重要检查方式。Objective To analyze the ultrasound characteristics of isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection.Method The ultrasound application in the diagnosis of isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection was summ-arized according to the characteristics of ultrasound imaging and the relevant literature.Results Ultrasonography for the evaluation of isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection was greatly affected by abdominal gas,and some patients clearly showed the dissected intimal band,true and false space and intraluminal blood flow,and the intraluminal thrombosis could be further clarified with ultrasound contrast.Conclusion Ultrasound has the advantages of noninvasive,convenient and reproducible in the diagnosis of isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection lesions,and is an important examination method for follow-up observation during treatment.
