多酸负载型氨基化多级孔沸石催化葡萄糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛

摘  要:采用模板法及浸渍法制备系列磷钨酸(HPW)负载的氨基化多级孔ZSM-5沸石(MesoZ5)催化剂xHPW-NH2-MesoZ5(x=15%、25%、35%、50%),研究其在双相体系中催化葡萄糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的催化性能。结果表明:HPW成功通过氨基负载在多级孔ZSM-5沸石上;在0.2 g 25%HPW-NH2-MesoZ5、0.1 g葡萄糖、140℃、4 h条件下HMF产率达到73.35%,选择性达到90.44%;经过3次循环利用,催化剂仍具有良好的可重复使用性。A series of phosphotungstic acid(HPW)supported hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite(MesoZ5)catalysts x HPW-NH 2-MesoZ5,(x=15%,25%,35%and 50%)were prepared by template method and impregnation method to study their catalytic performance of glucose to prepare 5-hydrox-ymethylfurfural from glucose in organic aqueous duplex system.The results showed that HPW was successfully loaded on hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite by amino groups.When the yield of HMF was 73.35%and the selectivity was 90.44%under the conditions of 0.2 g of 25%HPW-NH 2-MesoZ5,0.1 g glucose,140℃and 4 h,and the catalyst had good reusability after 3 cycles.
