乡村振兴战略背景下培养现代农业经济管理人才路径探索

摘　　要：为了探索乡村振兴战略背景下培养现代农业经济管理人才路径,通过文献调研法、实际考察、参与观察法,分析了乡村振兴战略背景下现代农业经济管理人才的需求,梳理了现代农业经济管理人才培养的现状与问题。结果显示,乡村振兴战略背景下现代农业经济管理人才培养还存在人才培养体系不完善、人才培养质量不高、人才培养与需求脱节、在人才培养中缺乏有效的激励机制、现代农业经济管理人才缺乏流动性的问题,未来需要围绕问题制定现代农业经济管理人才培养对策,为乡村振兴战略的顺利推进奠定基础。In order to explore the path of training modern agricultural economic management talents under the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzed the demand for modern agricultural economic management talents under the background of rural revitalization strategy through literature research,practical investigation and participation observation,and sorted out the current situation and problems of modern agricultural economic management talents training.The results showed that,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,there are still some problems in modern agricultural economic management personnel training,such as imperfect personnel training system,low quality of personnel training,disconnection between personnel training and demand,lack of effective incentive mechanism in personnel training,and lack of mobility of modern agricultural economic management personnel.In the future,it is necessary to formulate countermeasures for modern agricultural economic management personnel training.This will lay the foundation for the smooth progress of the rural revitalization strategy.
