摘 要:河湖长制是深入践行绿色发展理念,全面推进生态文明建设的制度创新,而信息化作为实现河湖长制长效管控的抓手,是全面落实河湖长制的重要手段和具体措施。本文阐述了江西省级河长制管理信息平台的总体架构、核心技术及应用成效,并对平台后期升级完善提出了相关建议与思考,以期为河湖长制由数字化向智能化转变提供强有力的技术支撑。The river chief system is an institutional innovation to deeply implement the concept of green development and comprehensively promote the construction of ecological civilization.Information technology,as a lever for achieving effective control under the river and lake chief system,serves as an important means and specific measure for its comprehensive implementation.This paper elucidates the overall architecture,core technologies,and application effects of the provincial management information platform of river and lake chief system in Jiangxi Province.Based on this,relevant suggestions and considerations are proposed for the platform’s later-stage upgrading and improvement,aiming to provide strong technical support for the transformation of the river and lake chief system from digitization to intelligence.
