摘 要:本文通过对分洪流量制约因素进行梳理,依据河道断面及河道特征参数,复核了贾鲁河下游关键节点最大过流能力,确定了影响分洪流量的关键因素。结合贾鲁河防洪工程总体布局,采用马斯京根法分析演算了不同分洪流量对贾鲁河下游关键节点流量的影响,合理确定了分洪流量的规模,研究结果可为提升贾鲁河防洪能力提供参考。This paper systematically examines the factors constraining flood diversion flow rates.Based on the crosssections and characteristics of the river channel,it reassesses the maximum overflow capacity of key nodes downstream of the Jialu River,and identifies the key factors affecting flood diversion flow rates.Combining with the overall layout of the flood control project on the Jialu River,the Manning’s formula is applied to analyze and calculate the impact of different flood diversion flow rates on the flow at key nodes downstream of the Jialu River.This rationalizes the scale of flood diversion flow,providing valuable insights for enhancing the flood control capacity of the Jialu River.
