摘 要:为了更好地开展北京水务信息化现状调研工作,实现对水务信息系统、数据资源及监测站点等不同指标的收集和分析,本文通过对调研系统进行需求分析,构建了基于元数据和EasyPoi等技术的水务信息化现状调研系统。该系统在北京水务信息化现状调研过程中得到了较好的应用,目前已完成148个信息系统的调研。应用结果表明,通过调研系统的试行,解决了传统纸质调研效率低、数据质量低、分析不智能等问题,为北京智慧水务建设提供了数据支持。In order to conduct a better investigation into the current status of water affairs informationization in Beijing and achieve the collection and analysis of various indicators such as water information systems,data resources,and monitoring sites,this paper conducts a requirement analysis of the research system and constructs a research system on the current status of water affairs informationization based on metadata and technologies like EasyPoi.The system has been well-applied in the research process of the current status of water affairs informationization in Beijing,with a total of 148 information systems surveyed to date.The application results demonstrate that the trial operation of the research system has addressed issues such as low efficiency and quality of traditional paper-based surveys,as well as lack of intelligent analysis,providing data support for the construction of smart water affairs management in Beijing.
