摘 要:目的探讨不同处理流程对呼吸机管道及附件消毒的效果。方法选取自2022年12月至2023年2月东部战区总医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒的呼吸机管道及附件250套,按使用先后顺序随机分为5组,每组50套,分别采用不同的清洗消毒方法:A组采用手工清洗+含氯消毒剂浸泡法,B组采用手工清洗+全自动清洗机,C组采用手工清洗+含氯消毒剂浸泡+全自动清洗机,D组采用加酶手工+超声清洗机+含氯消毒剂浸泡法,E组采用加酶手工+超声清洗机+全自动清洗机。于消毒后采集管道最难清洗消毒部位的标本进行细菌培养,比较各组清洗消毒效果。结果经消毒,5组呼吸机管道均满足消毒标准规定要求,但E组湿化罐细菌数为(0.03±0.01)cfu/cm^(2),呼吸机管道细菌数为(0.02±0.01)cfu/cm^(2),显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。结论呼吸机管道及附件的污染相当严重,5种方法均能达到高水平消毒,E组即加酶手工+超声振荡机+全自动清洗机效果最佳。Objective To explore the effect of different treatment procedures on the disinfection of ventilator pipes and accessories.Methods 250 sets of ventilator pipes and accessories from the disinfection supply room of General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from December 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into 5 groups according to the order of use,with 50 sets in each group,and and different cleaning and disinfection methods were applied to different groups.Group A was treated with manual cleaning+chlorine-containing disinfectant soaking;Group B was treated with manual cleaning+automatic cleaning sterilizer;Group C was treated with manual cleaning+chlorine-containing disinfectant soaking+automatic cleaning sterilizer;Group D was treated with manual cleaning with enzyme+ultrasonic cleaning machine+chlorine-containing disinfectant soaking,and Group E was treated with manual cleaning with enzyme+ultrasonic cleaning machine+automatic cleaning sterilizer.The samples of the most-difficult-to-clean-and-to-disinfect parts of the pipes were collected after disinfection for bacterial culture.Results The results showed that after disinfection,the 5 groups of ventilator pipes all met the requirements of the Regulation,but the bacteria number of the humidification tank in Group E was(0.03±0.01)cfu/cm^(2),and the bacteria number of the ventilator pipe was(0.02±0.01)cfu/cm^(2),which was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The pollution of ventilator pipes and accessories is quite serious.All the 5 methods can achieve high level disinfection,but the result of Group E-manual cleaning with enzyme+ultrasonic oscillator+automatic cleaning sterilizer was the best.
