摘　　要：目的:探讨综合体位干预对玻璃体切割联合硅油填充患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年10月福建省三明市第一医院眼科拟行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术的患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组实施围手术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用综合体位干预,2组均干预至出院。比较2组体位依从性、眼压、舒适状况量表(GCQ)、纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组整体体位依从性更优(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组眼压更低(P<0.05),2组GCQ评分有所提高,且观察组更高(P<0.05),观察组NSNS评分更高(P<0.05)。2组PSQI评分先升高后下降,干预后观察组PSQI评分更低,2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合体位干预可提高玻璃体切割联合硅油填充患者体位依从性,降低眼压升高风险,提高患者舒适度、满意度及睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive positional intervention on sleep quality in patients undergoing glass cutting combined with silicone oil filling.Methods:A total of 98 patients who planned to undergo vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling surgery in Ophthalmology Department,Sanming First Hospital,Fujian Province from January 2023 to October 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received comprehensive posture intervention on this basis.Both groups received intervention until discharge.The Posture Compliance,Intraocular Pressure,Comfort Scale(GCQ),Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were compared between two groups.Results:The overall posture compliance of the observation group was better(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment group had lower intraocular pressure(P<0.05).The GCQ scores of two groups were improved,and the treatment group had a higher score(P<0.05).,The NSNS score in the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the two groups first increased and then decreased.After intervention,the observation group had a lower PSQI score,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive positional intervention can improve the compliance of patients with vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling,reduce the risk of elevated intraocular pressure,and improve patient comfort,satisfaction,and sleep quality.
