摘　　要：目的:评价人工肝支持系统对于早中期重型病毒性肝炎患者肝功能与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月期间漳州正兴医院肝病内科收治的早中期重型病毒性肝炎患者183例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=89)和观察组(n=94)。对照组实施常规内科治疗,观察组加用人工肝支持系统治疗,对比2组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分为(10.36±0.97)分、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)为(24.71±0.95)分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的睡眠优良率为81.91%(77/94),显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)为(105.18±9.57)U/L、总胆红素(TBIL)为(125.75±10.47)μmol/L,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的Child-Pugh评分为(6.73±0.65)分、乙肝病毒DNA定量(HBV-DNA)为(3.18±0.29)lg cpies/mL,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工肝支持系统应用于早中期重型病毒性肝炎,有利于提高睡眠质量,改善患者的肝功能,降低乙肝病毒水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To evaluate the effect of ALSS on sleep and liver function quality in patients with early to mid stage severe viral hepatitis.Methods:A total of 183 patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group received routine internal medicine treatment,while the study group received ALSS treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI score of the study group was(10.36±0.97)points,and the SRSS score was(24.71±0.95)points,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The excellent sleep rate of the research group was 81.91%(77/94),significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The ALT of the study group was(105.18±9.57)U/L,and the TBIL was(125.75±10.47)μmol/L,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The Child Pugh score of the study group was(6.73±0.65)points,and the HBV-DNA score was(3.18±0.29)lg cpies/mL,which was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ALSS in early and middle stage severe viral hepatitis can improve the liver function of patients,reduce the level of hepatitis B virus,improve the quality of sleep.
