Objective:To explore the effect of using comfort intervention mode on perioperative hemorrhoid patients and analyze the effect on improving sleep quality. Methods:A total of 78 hemorrhoid patients admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:an observation group(n=39)and a control group(n=39).The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comfort intervention mode. The differences in nursing indicators between the two groups were analyzed, including sleep quality and complications. Results:The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of implementing a comfortable intervention model for perioperative hemorrhoid patients is significant, which can effectively reduce the risk of complications and improve sleep quality. It is worth promoting.
