摘　　要：目的:探析结构式心理干预在急诊留观患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1月至12月南平市第一医院收治的急诊留观患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法根据单双号分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组执行结构式心理干预,比较2组的身心应激、睡眠质量。结果:干预后,观察组评估所得心理应激反应问卷(SRQ)3个维度评分均更低(P<0.05),睡眠质量结果均更优(P<0.05)。结论:结构式心理干预对急诊留观患者身心应激减轻、睡眠质量提升等均可产生积极影响,值得推荐和采纳。Objective:To explore the application value of structured psychological intervention in emergency patients under observation.Methods:Sixty emergency patients were randomly selected from the First Hospital of Nanping City from January 2023 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given structured psychological intervention.The physical and mental stress and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of the three dimensions of the psychological stress response questionnaire(SRQ)were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Structured psychological intervention can have a positive effect on relieving physical and mental stress and improving sleep quality of emergency patients under observation,which is worth recommending and adopting in the nursing of such patients.
