优质护理干预在大隐静脉曲张围手术期的应用及对睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析优质护理干预在大隐静脉曲张患者围手术期内的临床应用效果及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年12月曲阜红十字医院收治的大隐静脉曲张患者60例作为研究对象,按照计算机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规围手术期护理,观察组采取优质护理干预,比较2组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);术后肛门排气时间、皮下血肿消失时间、下肢麻木不适症状消失时间以及住院时间均较短(P<0.05);术后并发症的发生率(3.33%)较低,各项生命质量评分均较高,各项PSQI评分均较低,护理满意度(96.67%)较高(P<0.05)。结论:在大隐静脉曲张围手术期内实施优质护理干预,能够明显缓解患者的负面情绪,提升其睡眠质量,加快术后康复进程,且并发症的发生概率较低,对于患者生命质量的提升具有积极影响,值得在后续临床中借鉴及推广应用。Objective:Explore and analyze the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with great saphenous vein varicose veins and its impact on sleep.Methods:From October 2022 to December 2023,60 patients with great saphenous vein varicose veins in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Using the computer table method,they were divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=30).The control group received routine perioperative care,while the study group received high-quality nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the study group had lower SAS and SDS scores;The postoperative anal exhaust time,subcutaneous hematoma disappearance time,lower limb numbness and discomfort symptom disappearance time,and hospitalization time are all relatively short;The incidence of postoperative complications(3.33%)is relatively low;All quality of life scores are high;All PSQI scores are relatively low;Nursing satisfaction(96.67%)was relatively high,and there were differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing high-quality nursing interventions during the perioperative period for varicose veins can significantly alleviate negative emotions in patients,improve their sleep quality,accelerate the postoperative recovery process,and have a low probability of complications.It has a positive impact on improving the quality of life of patients and is worth learning from and promoting in subsequent clinical practice.
