摘　　要：目的:分析聚焦解决模式对乙型肝炎合并高血压患者睡眠质量及肝功能的改善效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月厦门大学附属第一医院感染科收治的乙型肝炎合并高血压患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者实施一般性护理,观察组患者应用聚焦解决模式护理,对比分析2组乙型肝炎合并高血压患者干预前后睡眠质量、肝功能水平改善情况。结果:干预前,2组乙型肝炎合并高血压患者睡眠质量、肝功能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组乙型肝炎合并高血压患者睡眠质量、肝功能水平改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式能有效提高乙型肝炎合并高血压患者睡眠质量及肝功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of focused resolution mode on improving sleep quality and liver function in patients with hepatitis B complicated with hypertension.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hepatitis B combined with hypertension treated in Department of Infectious Diseases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received general nursing,and patients in the observation group received focused solution mode nursing.The improvement of sleep quality and liver function in patients with hepatitis B combined with hypertension before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in sleep quality and liver function between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the improvement of sleep quality and liver function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused solution model can effectively improve sleep quality and liver function in patients with hepatitis B complicated with hypertension.
