摘  要:蓄冷运输因其经济节能的特性,日益受到关注,如何评估蓄冷运输碳排放亦成为行业关注的焦点问题之一。研究基于全生命周期理念,构建从摇篮到坟墓的新型铁路蓄冷运输装备的碳足迹模型并展开分析。研究表明,该冷藏运输装备的碳足迹总量为73.98tCO_(2)eq,与传统冷藏运输装备相比,碳排放减少86.76%;运行储能阶段的能源消耗是最主要的碳足迹贡献来源,占比58.78%。对减排路径的关键影响因素进行敏感性分析表明,制冷效率和能源类型的选择与冷藏运输设备碳足迹密切相关,制冷效率提高20%、40%、60%可降低碳足迹6.10~13.91%;相比较现有国家电网碳排放因子,选用更加清洁的能源发电如水电,风电等可减少碳足迹49.85~59.73%。研究可为蓄冷装备研制和使用提供参考。Cold storage transportation is getting more and more attention because of its economic and energy-saving characteristics,and how to assess the carbon emission of cold storage transportation has become one of the focuses of the industry.Based on the whole life cycle concept,the study constructs a carbon footprint model of the new railroad refrigerated transport equipment from cradle to grave and analyzes it.The study shows that the total carbon footprint of the refrigerated transportation equipment is 73.98 tCO_(2)eq,which is 86.76%less than that of the traditional refrigerated transportation equipment;the energy consumption during the operation storage phase is the most important source of carbon footprint contribution,accounting for 58.78%.The sensitivity analysis of the key influencing factors of the emission reduction path shows that the choice of refrigeration efficiency and energy type is closely related to the carbon footprint of refrigerated transportation equipment,and the improvement of refrigeration efficiency by 20%,40% and 60%can reduce the carbon fotprint by 6.10%to 13.91%;compared with the carbon emission factor of the existing national grid,the choice of cleaner energy generation such as hydroelectricity,wind power,etc.can reduce the carbon footprint by 49.85%to 59.73%.The study can provide a reference for the development and use of cold storage equipment.
