摘　　要：当前随着新能源汽车保有量不断刷新纪录,热泵空调的渗透率也不断刷新着纪录。然而网上对于电动汽车热泵空调售后问题案例的分析文章并不多,本文基于售后市场上一台电动汽车直接式热泵空调的暖风风管变形问题,运用故障树分析方法进行问题分析,针对各个失效因子进行逐一排查确认,通过对该故障车辆相关零部件的详细分析,最终锁定了失效因子,并对市场上已售热泵空调车辆进行软件版本梳理及统一升级活动。As the number of new energy vehicles continues to break records,the penetration rate of heat pump air conditioning is also constantly breaking records.However,there are not many analysis articles online on the after-sales problems of electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning.This article is based on the deformation problem of the heating air duct of a direct heat pump air conditioner for an electric vehicle in the after-sales market.The fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the problem,and each failure factor is checked and confirmed one by one.Through a detailed analysis of the relevant components of the faulty vehicle,the failure factor is ultimately identified,And conduct software version sorting and unified upgrade activities for sold heat pump air conditioning vehicles on the market.
