摘　　要：某钢厂采用铁水+废钢→超高功率EBT电炉冶炼→LF炉精炼→RH炉真空处理→连铸180×220 mm连铸坯→连续式步进炉加热→650连轧机组轧制生产S20A深冲钢,通过合理的铁水、废钢配比、并经过LF炉炉外精炼、RH炉真空处理,P元素含量控制在0.010%以内、S元素含量控制在0.005%以内,非金属夹杂物的级别A类均控制在1.0级以内、B类及D类夹杂物级别可控制在0.5级以内、C类夹杂物级别为0。通过提高坯料加热温度,保证开轧温度由1100℃提高至1200℃以上、终轧速度由6.1m/s提高至7.2m/s,轧制过程中终轧温度可由850℃左右提高至950℃左右。轧后通过辊道预热、冷床加盖保温罩的方式降低轧件的冷却速度。钢材的抗拉强度、断后伸长率及冲击功无明显的变化,实际晶粒度由10级变为8级。最终生产的圆钢可满足下一步深加工的需求。A certain steel plant uses molten iron+scrap steel→ultra-high power EBT electric furnace smelting→LF furnace refining→RH furnace vacuum treatment→continuous casting of 180×220 square billets→continuous step furnace heating→650 continuous rolling unit to produce S20A deep drawn steel.Through a reasonable ratio of molten iron and scrap steel,and after LF furnace refining and RH furnace vacuum treatment,the P element content is controlled within 0.010%and the S element content is controlled within 0.005%,the level of non-metallic inclusions is controlled within 1.0 for Class A,within 0.5 for Class B and D inclusions,and 0 for Class C.By increasing the heating temperature of the billet,the starting rolling temperature can be increased from 1100℃to above 1200℃,and the final rolling speed can be increased from 6.1m/s to 7.2m/s.During the rolling process,the final rolling temperature can be increased from around 850℃to around 950℃.After rolling,the cooling speed of the rolled piece is reduced by preheating the roller conveyor and covering the cooling bed with an insulation cover.There is no significant change in the tensile strength,elongation after fracture,and impact energy of the steel,and the actual grain size has changed from level 10 to level 8.The final produced round steel can meet the needs of the next step of deep processing.
