摘　　要：企业基层班组长的综合能力素养,直接影响着企业安全生产、工作效率、产品质量、经营成本等各项关键指标,从而影响企业的综合竞争力。本文针对攀长特公司班组长管理效率不高、管理方法单一等问题,剖析原因,提出“四能合一”的实践探索,即有针对性地开展培训和比赛,补齐班组长能力素养短板,开展对标学习和交流,拓宽视野、拓展思维,完善考核评价机制,为同类企业在基层班组长能力素养提升工作方面提出了参考借鉴。The comprehensive ability and literacy of grassroots team leaders in enterprises directly affect key indicators such as safety production,work efficiency,product quality,and operating costs,thus affecting the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This article analyzes the reasons for the low management efficiency and single management methods of team leaders in Pangang Group Changcheng Special Company,and proposes a practical exploration of"four abilities in one",which includes targeted training and competitions,filling the gaps in team leader's ability and literacy,conducting benchmarking learning and communication,broadening horizons,expanding thinking,and improving assessment and evaluation mechanisms.It provides reference and guidance for similar enterprises to improve the ability and literacy of grassroots team leaders.
