摘  要:多环芳烃(PAHs)是一类具有致癌、致畸和致突变作用的持久性有机污染物(POPs),主要来源于化石燃料及其衍生物的燃烧,广泛分布于土壤、水体、大气中。近年来,蔬菜及菜地土壤中PAHs的含量测定、来源分析、转移转化机制机理、暴露风险评估等方面的研究逐渐加强并受到重视。从研究结果来看,虽PAHs在大部分地区的环境中风险较低,但其潜在的健康风险仍值得关注,特别是蔬菜及菜地土壤中PAHS的污染更值得关注。本文主要针对蔬菜及菜地土壤中PAHs的相关研究进展进行综述,并提出有关研究建议和展望。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are a class of persistent organic pollutants(POPs)with carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic effects.They are mainly derived from the combustion of fossil fuels and their derivatives,and are widely distributed in soil,water and atmosphere.In recent years,research on the content determination,source analysis,transfer and transformation mechanism,and exposure risk assessment of PAHs in vegetables and vegetable soils has gradually strengthened and valued.Although the results of the study show that PAHs were less risky in the environment in most areas,their potential health risks were still of concern,especially the pollution of PAHs in vegetables and vegetable soils.In this paper,the research progress of PAHs in vegetables and vegetable soils was reviewed,and relevant research suggestions and prospects were put forward.
