脉冲式垂体激素输液泵治疗2例男性特发性低促性腺激素性腺功能减退症患者的效果及护理体会

摘　　要：报道2例大连医科大学附属第二医院男科收治的男性特发性低促性腺激素性腺功能减退症(IHH)患者脉冲式垂体激素输液泵持续治疗效果并总结护理经验。2例男性患者治疗后体力均得到改善,精力增强;卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)和睾酮(T)水平均显著提高,均有精液生成且配偶成功受孕。脉冲式垂体激素泵治疗IHH效果确切,可有效调节IHH患者的内分泌功能,取得良好的生育结局。泵的调节植入和使用、泵周围皮肤的护理和患者宣教是脉冲式垂体激素输液泵护理的关键。To report the effects of continuous treatment with pulsatile pituitary hormone infusion pump in two male patients with idiopathic hy-pogonadotropic hypogonadism(IHH)-induced infertility treated in the andrology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni-versity and summarize the nursing experience.After treatment,the physical strength of 2 male patients was improved and energy was enhanced;the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and testosterone(T)were significantly increased,semen was produced and spouses were successfully conceived.Pulsed pituitary hormone pump is effective in the treatment of IHH,which can effectively regulate the endo-crine function of patients with IHH and achieve good fertility outcomes.The implantation and use of the pump,the care of the skin around the pump and the patient education are the keys to the care of the pulsed pituitary hormone infusion pump.
