摘　　要：目的探讨透明质酸联合A型肉毒素注射对中重度川字纹求美者皱纹严重程度分级(WSRS)评分的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2021年12月南京市红十字医院收治的80例中重度川字纹求美者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组,两组40例。对照组予以A型肉毒素注射治疗,联合组予以透明质酸联合A型肉毒素注射治疗,比较治疗1、3个月后两组临床疗效、治疗前后WSRS评分、治疗后3个月内并发症发生情况及治疗满意度。结果治疗1个月后,两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗3个月后,联合组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组WSRS评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义;联合组治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸联合A型肉毒素注射可提高中重度川字纹求美者远期疗效,增强皱纹改善效果,且不增加治疗相关并发症发生风险,求美者治疗满意较高。Objective To investigate the effect of hyaluronic acid combined with botulinum toxin type A injection on the wrinkle severity rating scale(WSRS)of patients with moderate to severe glabellar wrinkles and pursuit of beauty.Methods 80 patients with moderate to severe glabellar wrinkles and pursuit of beauty who were admitted to Nanking Red Cross Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the re-search subjects,and they were divided into the combination group and the control group according to the random numbers table method,with 40 cas-es in each group.The control group was treated with botulinum toxin type A injection,while the combination group was treated with hyaluronic acid combined with botulinum toxin type A injection.The clinical efficacy after 1 and 3 months of treatment,WSRS scores before and after treatment,the incidence of complications within 3 months after treatment,and satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the combination group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After treatment,WSRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.The overall satisfaction in the combination group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid combined with botulinum toxin type A injection can improve long-term effect on patients with moderate to severe glabellar wrinkles and pursuit of beauty and enhance the improvement effect on wrinkles,without increasing the risk of related complications,an
