摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔球囊填塞联合子宫下段环扎术治疗剖宫产术中急性失血的临床疗效。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月于清远市妇幼保健院产科剖宫产术中发生急性失血的83例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用子宫动脉上行支结扎联合Blynch缝扎术,观察组采用宫腔球囊填塞联合子宫下段环扎术。比较两组止血时间、止血显效率、手术出血量、术后24h出血量、手术并发症发生率。结果两组止血时间、手术出血量比较差异无统计学意义;观察组止血显效率高于对照组,术后24h出血量少于对照组,手术并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔球囊填塞联合子宫下段环扎术可有效控制剖宫产术中出血,减少术后24h出血,且手术并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intrauterine balloon tamponade combined with lower uterine segment cerclage in the treatment of acute blood loss during cesarean section.Methods 83 patients with acute blood loss during cesarean section in the Obstetrics depart-ment of Qingyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with as-cending uterine artery ligation combined with Blynch suture,and the observation group was treated with intrauterine balloon tamponade combined with cerclage lower uterine segment.The hemostatic time,hemostatic efficiency,surgical bleeding volume,postoperative 24 h bleeding volume,and incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in hemostasis time and bleeding volume between the two groups.The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the amount of bleeding at 24 h after operation was less than that in the control group,and the incidence of surgical complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine balloon tamponade combined with lower uterine segment cerclage can effectively control the bleeding during cesarean section,reduce the postoperative 24 h bleeding volume,and have fewer surgi-cal complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
