半无菌技术对GartlandⅡ型肱骨髁上骨折手术治疗患儿肘关节功能及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的分析半无菌技术在GartlandⅡ型肱骨髁上骨折中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2022年5月宜春市人民医院收治的80例GartlandⅡ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。两组均行闭合复位经皮克氏针固定术,对照组采用常规消毒铺巾,观察组采用半无菌技术。比较两组各项手术指标、肘关节功能、提携角、肘关节活动度、Baumann角及并发症发生率。结果观察组术前准备时间、手术时间均短于对照组,手术费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组肘关节功能优良率比较差异无统计学意义。两组提携角、肘关节活动度及Baumann角比较差异无统计学意义。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针固定术治疗GartlandⅡ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿效果显著,半无菌技术可缩短手术准备时间、手术时间,费用更低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application value of semi sterile technology in Gartland typeⅡsupracondylar fracture of the humerus.Methods 80 children with Gartland typeⅡsupracondylar fractures of the humerus admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation,the control group was treated with conventional disinfection tow-els,and the observation group was treated with semi sterile technology.The surgical indexes,elbow joint function,carrying angle,elbow joint mobili-ty,Baumann angle and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative preparation time and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the operation cost was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of elbow joint function between the two groups.There were no significant differences in carrying angle,elbow joint activity and Baumann angle between the two groups.There was no significant dif-ference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixa-tion is effective in the treatment of Gartland typeⅡsupracondylar fracture of humerus in children,semi sterile technique can shorten the preparation time and operation time,and the cost is lower,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
