宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜术后应用补肾活血汤对内膜修复及妊娠结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 观察宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜术后应用补肾活血汤对内膜修复和妊娠结局的影响。方法 观察对象选择宫腔粘连患者84例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各42例。所有患者均接受宫腔镜粘连分离术,对照组术后予以戊酸雌二醇片和黄体酮胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以补肾活血汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、妊娠结局、子宫内膜厚度、子宫粘连情况、生活质量。结果 研究组患者总有效率95.24%明显高于对照组的73.81%(P<0.05)。研究组患者妊娠率64.29%高于对照组的38.10%,流产率14.81%低于对照组的43.75%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者子宫内膜厚度(7.36±1.05)mm、宫腔粘连评分(1.22±0.32)分均明显优于对照组的(6.74±1.04)mm、(1.57±0.37)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者总体健康、社会关系、独立能力、心理状态、生理健康评分分别为(85.44±3.68)、(84.10±3.64)、(82.42±9.36)、(81.72±10.24)、(81.59±10.32)分,明显高于对照组的(72.42±3.36)、(73.53±4.83)、(73.37±8.42)、(72.32±10.38)、(73.62±11.12)分(P<0.05)。结论 对宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜术后施以补肾活血汤治疗效果良好,可使妊娠结局和内膜修复情况得以改善,同时可提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on endometrial repair and pregnancy outcome in patients with hysteroscopic treatment of trauterine adhesion.Methods 84 patients with uterine adhesions were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each with 42 patients.All patients received hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion separation,and the control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules,while the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pregnancy outcome,endometrial thickness,uterine adhesions,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.24%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 73.81%in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was 64.29%,which was higher than 38.10%of the control group;the abortion rate of the study group was 14.81%,which was lower than 43.75%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and intrauterine adhesion score were(7.36±1.05)mm and(1.22±0.32)points in the study group,which were significantly better than(6.74±1.04)mm and(1.57±0.37)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of overall health,social relations,independence,mental state and physical health of the study group were(85.44±3.68),(84.10±3.64),(82.42±9.36),(81.72±10.24)and(81.59±10.32)points,which were significantly higher than(72.42±3.36),(73.53±4.83),(73.37±8.42),(72.32±10.38)and(73.62±11.12)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Bushen Huoxue Decoction to patients with hysteroscopic treatment of uterine adhesions has a good effect,and can improve pregnancy outcomes,endometrial repair and the quality of life,which is worth promoting.
