丹参注射液预防普外科手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析丹参注射液预防普外科手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法 110例接受普外科手术的患者作为观察对象,采用信封抽签分组法分为研究组和对照组,各55例。对照组围术期采用常规手段预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,研究组围术期在对照组基础上增加丹参注射液预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。比较两组手术前后凝血功能指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)以及凝血酶原时间(PT)]、血液流变学指标(全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度)、炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平及下肢深静脉血栓形成发生情况。结果 研究组手术后FIB以及APTT、PT水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术后全血高切粘度(3.38±0.23)mPa·s以及全血低切粘度(16.06±1.47)mPa·s均低于对照组的(4.24±0.52)、(18.72±2.84)mPa·s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术后IL-6(11.21±2.13)ng/L以及CRP(28.16±4.47)mg/L均低于对照组的(20.24±4.52)ng/L、(36.72±5.82)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率3.64%低于对照组的16.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 丹参注射液对普外科手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成能起到较高的预防效果,可以改善凝血功能和血液流变学指标,促进患者更早康复。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Danshen injection in preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients after general surgery.Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing general surgery were selected as observation subjects for the study,and divided into a study group and a control group using envelope lottery grouping method,each with 55 cases.The control group used conventional means to prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the perioperative period,and the study group added Danshen injection to prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the perioperative period based on the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of coagulation function related indicators[fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and prothrombin time(PT)],hemorheological parameters(whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity),inflammatory factors[interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein(CRP)]before and after surgery,and the occurrence of lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis.Results After surgery,the levels of FIB,APTT and PT in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the whole blood high shear viscosity in the study group was(3.38±0.23)mPa·s and the whole blood low shear viscosity was(16.06±1.47)mPa·s,which were lower than(4.24±0.52)and(18.72±2.84)mPa·s in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the study group had IL-6 of(11.21±2.13)ng/L and CRP of(28.16±4.47)mg/L,which were lower than(20.24±4.52)ng/L and(36.72±5.82)mg/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis in the study group was 3.64%,which was lower than 16.36%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen injection has a high preventive effect on lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients after general surgery,and can help pa
