摘 要:目的:优选补肾止带颗粒的水提取工艺。方法:采用单因素考察法,以干浸膏得率为评价指标,优选出(煅)牡蛎最佳的先煎工艺;采用正交试验法,优选出(煅)牡蛎与其余饮片合煎的最佳的水提取工艺,以提取液中二苯乙烯苷的含量和干浸膏得率为评价指标,对加水倍数,提取时间,提取次数进行考察。结果:煅牡蛎最粗粉、先煎60min、加10倍水作为最佳先煎工艺;合煎最佳的水提取工艺确定为加12倍水,提取3次,每次提取30min为最佳水提取工艺。结论:优选的水提取工艺稳定可行,可用于补肾止带颗粒的提取制备。Objective:To optimize the water extraction process of Bushen Zhidai granules.Methods:The single-factor test method was employed,using the yield of extraction yield as the evaluation index,to select the optimal decoction process for Ostreae Concha.The orthogonal test was utilized to determine the optimal water extraction process for decocting Ostreae Concha with other medicinal materials,with the content of stilbene glycosides in the extraction solution and the yield of extraction yield as evaluation criteria.Factors such as the ratio of water addition,extraction time,and extraction frequency were investigated.Results:The optimal decoction process for Ostreae Concha was determined to be grinding into coarse powder,decocting for 60 minutes initially,and adding water at a ratio of 10:1.The optimal water extraction process for decoction with other medicinal materials was established as adding water at a ratio of 12:1,conducting 3 extractions,each for 30 minutes.Conclusion:The optimized water extraction process is stable and feasible,suitable for the preparation of Bushen Zhidai granules.
