摘　　要：蛛网膜下腔出血是常见的脑血管疾病之一,患者除发生早期脑损伤、脑血管痉挛等神经系统并发症外,常出现心肌损伤、肺水肿、电解质紊乱,甚至器官功能障碍,增加了患者不良预后的风险。右美托咪定是一种高度选择性的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静镇痛、抗炎和抗氧化等作用。同时,右美托咪定在蛛网膜下腔出血动物模型及临床试验中显示出对脑、心、肺等器官良好的保护作用。本文从右美托咪定对蛛网膜下腔出血重要器官的影响及作用机制等方面,阐明右美托咪定在蛛网膜下腔出血治疗中的作用,为临床应用提供参考。Subarachnoid hemorrhage is one of the most common cerebrovascular diseases,and in addition to neurological complications such as early brain injury and cerebral vasospasm,the patients often suffer from myocardial injury,pulmonary edema,electrolyte disorders,and even organ dysfunction,which increase the risk of a poor prognosis.Dexmedetomidine is a highly selectiveα2 adrenergic receptor agonist with sedative,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant effects.Meanwhile,dexmedetomidine has shown good protective effects on the heart,lung,brain,and other organs in animal models of subarachnoid hemorrhage and clinical trials.In this paper,we elucidate the role of dexmedetomidine in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage,mainly the effects of dexmedetomidine on the vital organs of subarachnoid hemorrhage,and its mechanism of action,in order to provide a reference for clinical application.
