摘 要:向Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷中加入不同量的钽,随后检测了含钽量不同的金属陶瓷的显微组织和力学性能.结果表明:Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷硬质相主要由黑芯、白色内壳和灰色外壳构成,Ta添加量超过4%的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷有白芯相和无芯相;随着Ta添加量的增加,硬质相的尺寸减小,Ta添加量为4%的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷硬质相尺寸最小;随着Ta添加量的增加,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的硬度和抗弯强度先增加后减小,断裂韧度增加.Different amounts of tantalum were added to Ti(C,N)-base cermet.Subsequently,the Ti(C,N)base cermets with different tantalum contents were tested for microstructure and mechanical properties.The results showed that(a)the hard phase was comprised of black core,white inner shell and gray outer shell;(b)the Ti(C,N)base cermet containing more than 4%Ta had white core phase and core-free phase;(c)with the increase of Ta content,the hard phase decreased in size,and the Ti(C,N)base cermet with 4%Ta exhibited minimum size of hard phases;and(d)with the increase of Ta content,theTi(C,N)base cermet increased at first and then decreased in both hardness and transverse strength,and increased in the fracture toughness.
