退火温度对TC11钛合金微观组织和拉伸性能的影响

摘  要:对ϕ140 mm TC11钛合金试棒分别进行了940℃、960℃、980℃和1000℃加热5h空冷的退火处理.采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和室温拉伸试验检测了合金的微观组织、拉伸性能及拉伸断口的微观形貌.结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,合金中初生α相减少至消失,析出的针状α相增多,组织从双态组织转变为细小的层状β转变组织;随着退火温度的升高,合金强度提高,塑性降低;两相区温度退火的合金拉伸断口以韧窝为主,而在单相区温度退火的合金拉伸断口主要呈岩石状,仅有很少的韧窝.TC11 titanium alloy test bar 140 mm in diameter was annealed by heating at 940,960,980 and 1000℃for 5 h then air cooling,respectively.The alloy was tested for microstructure,tensile properties and microscopic morphology of tensile fracture via optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and room-temperature tensile test.The results showed that(a)with the increase of annealing temperature,the primaryαphase decreased to disappearance,the precipitated needle-likeαphase became more,and the microstructure changed from binary structure to fine lamellarβ-transformed structure in the alloy;(b)with the increase of annealing temperature,the alloy increased in strength and decreased in plasticity;and(c)the tensile fracture was mainly dimples for the alloy annealed at temperature in the two-phase region,and was mainly rock-like and had only a few dimples for the alloy annealed at temperature in single-phase region.
