摘  要:柴油机在出厂前例行检查时发现材料为HT250灰铸铁的增压器轴承体开裂.通过有限元模拟、断口检验、化学成分检测、金相检验和硬度检测等分析了轴承体开裂的原因.结果表明:轴承体含有大量方向性分布的过冷石墨,从而降低了力学性能,增大了脆性,在装配应力的作用下开裂.The supercharger bearing body of diesel engine,made from HT250 gray cast iron,was found to have cracks when subjected to routine check before leaving factory.The reason why the bearing body cracked were analyzed by means of finite element simulation,fracture test,chemical composition detection,metallographic examination,and hardness measurements.The results showed that the bearing body exhibited a great amount of directionally distributed supercooled graphite,therefore decreased in mechanical property and increased in brillleness,and cracked under the actions of the assembly stress.
