摘  要:一高温反应炉的ZGCr25Ni35Nb-Ti钢炉管使用了几周后开裂.对开裂的炉管进行了宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、断口分析和渗透探伤,以揭示其开裂的原因.结果发现,炉管发生了大量二次碳化物引起的晶间腐蚀,并有腐蚀裂纹,在高温高压下管壁产生腐蚀孔洞,导致炉管开断.The tubes in a high-temperature reaction furnace,made from ZGCr25Ni35Nb-Ti steel,cracked after several weeks of service.The macro check,chemical composition analysis,fracture test,and penetrant flaw detection were carried out on the cracked furnace tube to reveal the cause for their cracking.From the test results it was found that the furnace tube showed intergranular corrosion caused by a large amount of secondary carbides and corrosion cracks,and,as a result,the tube wall developed corrosion hole under high-temperature and high-pressure,thus resulting to the tube cracking.
