摘  要:HT250灰铸铁轮环使用中开裂.为此对该开裂轮环进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、硬度检测、断口分析和金相检验,并采用ANSYS软件进行了仿真分析.结果表明:HT250轮环的硅含量偏高、锰含量偏低,从而形成了较多片状石墨,导致轮环脆性增大;轮环中含有夹杂物,降低了HT250轮环的均匀性和连续性,造成局部应力集中,是轮环开裂的原因之一;HT250轮环有气孔等铸造缺陷,降低了轮环件的机械强度;轮环开裂起始于厚壁一侧的内缘.wheel ring of HT250 gray cast iron cracked in service.For this reason,macro-examination,chemical composition analysis,hardness detection,fracture test and metallographic examination were carried out on the cracked wheel ring,as well as the simulation analysis was carried out by ANSYS software.The results showed that(a)chemical composition of the wheel ring did not meet the requirements,that is,the silicon content was higher and the manganese content was lower,which caused the more flaky graphite to form,thus resulting in the wheel ring increasing in brittleness;(b)the wheel ring contained inclusions which reduced its uniformity and continuity,and caused local stress concentration in it,which proved to be one of the causes for the wheel ring cracking;(c)the wheel ring exhibited casting defect such as gas pores,which reduces the mechanical strength of the wheel ring;and(d)cracking of the wheel ring originated from its inner edge of thick wall side.
