摘  要:检测了晶粒度不同的发电机护环1和2的超声波声速、超声波声能衰减和超声信噪比.研究了晶粒度对护环超声相控阵检测效果和检测灵敏度的影响.结果表明:晶粒度越大,护环的超声波声速越小,超声波信号衰减越严重,超声信噪比越小,超声波声能的衰减和超声信噪比对超声波频率也越敏感;护环晶粒度越小,超声相控阵检测效果越好,检测灵敏度越高.The ultrasonic speed,ultrasonic energy attenuation and ultrasonic signal-to-noise ratio of the generator guard rings 1 and 2 which differed in grain size were detected.The influence of grain size on the ultrasonic phased array detection effect and the detection sensitivity was investigated.The results showed that(a)the larger the grain size,the lower the ultrasonic speed of the guard ring was,the more serious the ultrasonic signal attenuation was,the less the ultrasonic signal-to-noise ratio was,and the more sensitive the ultrasonic energy attenuation and ultrasonic signal-to-noise ratio was to the ultrasonic frequency;and(b)the smaller the grain size of the guard ring,the better the ultrasonic phased array detection effect was,and the higher the detection sensitivity was.
