摘  要:某公司Cr12Mo1V1钢滚丝轮在使用中断裂.为弄清滚丝轮断裂的原因,采用直读光谱仪、洛氏硬度计、金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等对其进行了化学成分分析、硬度测定、断口分析和金相检验.结果表明:滚丝轮存在较多非金属夹杂物和带状及网状碳化物,增大了脆性,导致其使用中在交变载荷的作用下断裂.Thread rolling roller of Cr12Mo1V1 steel broke in service in a company.In order to identify the reason why it broke,chemical composition analysis,hardness measurement,fracture test and metallographic examination were performed on the broken thread rolling roller by means of direct-reading spectrograph,Rockwell hardness tester,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the thread rolling roller exhibited more nonmetallic inclusions,banded carbides and carbide network which rendered its brittleness larger,thus resulting in its breaking by the action of alternating load in service.
