摘　　要：农业科技服务对增强农业创新实力和促进农业可持续发展具有至关重要的作用,地方农业科研单位作为解决区域农业科技难题的核心力量,在推动科技服务地方方面扮演着重要角色。文章以河北省农林科学院植物保护研究所为例,从科技服务队伍建设与管理水平不高、制约因素过多、成果转化应用不足、考评机制缺乏等方面分析了地方农业科研院所在科技服务工作中凸显的问题,并针对问题从加强科技服务队伍建设、克服科技服务中的不利因素、促进科技成果转化应用、完善考评机制等方面提出了加强科技服务工作的对策。Agricultural science and technology services play a crucial role in enhancing the strength of agricultural innovation and promoting sustainable agricultural development.As the core force for solving regional agricultural science and technology problems,local agricultural research institutes play an important role in promoting science and technology services to the local area.Taking Institute of Plant Protection Hebei of Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,the article analyzed the problems highlighted by local agricultural research institutes in science and technology service from the aspects of low level of construction and management of science and technology service team,excessive constraints,insufficient transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,and lack of assessment mechanism,and put forward countermeasures to strengthen the work of science and technology service from the aspects of strengthening the construction of science and technology service team,overcoming the unfavorable factors in science and technology service,promoting the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,and perfecting the assessment mechanism.
