摘　　要：我国政府高度重视数据对教育的变革作用,着力通过人工智能、大数据等技术应用,提升教育管理效率和教育决策科学化水平。高校对教育大数据的应用有常态化开展、数据及时准确、安全可靠等方面的需求。在此背景下,以北京联合大学为例,探讨如何以校级大数据平台为载体构建新型数据服务平台,从而开展教育大数据创新应用。学校从工作机制、技术手段、运行保障等方面开展工作,提供高效、安全的数据服务,在校园综合治理、安全管理、学生管理等方面均取得应用成效。The Chinese government attaches great importance to the transformative role of data in education,focusing on the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to improve the efficiency of education management and the scientific level of educational decision-making.Universities have a demand for the application of education big data in terms of normalization,timely and accurate data,safety and reliability.In this context,taking Beijing Union University as an example,this paper explores how to build a new data service platform using the school level big data platform as a carrier,in order to carry out innovative applications of educational big data.The school carries out work from the aspects of work mechanism,technical means,and operational guarantee,providing efficient and secure data services,and has achieved application results in campus comprehensive governance,security management,student management,and other aspects.
