气相色谱法测定参芪健胃颗粒中土木香内酯、异土木香内酯的含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立参芪健胃颗粒中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的含量测定方法。[方法]采用聚乙二醇20000(PEG-20M)毛细管柱,载气为高纯氮气;进样口温度为260℃;检测器温度为280℃,柱温为程序升温;检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)。[结果]土木香内酯、异土木香内酯分别在0.004 032~0.040 32μg、0.004 06~0.040 6μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.0%和99.6%。[结论]该方法可用于参芪健胃颗粒的质量控制,是一种操作简单、快速准确的理想检测方法。[Objective]To set up a content determination method for alantolactone and isoalantolactone in Shenqi Jianwei granules.[Methods]Using a polyethylene glycol 20000(PEG-20M)capillary column with high-purity nitrogen as the carrier gas;injection port temperature 260℃;the detector temperature is 280℃,column temperature is programmed heating,and the FID is the detector.[Results]The linear relationships of alantolactone and isoalantolactone were good in the ranges of 0.004032~0.04032μg and 0.00406~0.0406μg,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.0%and 99.6%,respectively.[Conclusion]This method can be used for the quality control of Shenqi Jianwei Granules and is an ideal detection method that is simple,fast,and accurate.
