摘 要:【目的】旨在明确桧柏臀纹粉蚧在柏树上的危害范围及程度,为桧柏臀纹粉蚧的防治提供科学依据。【方法】对北京6个市区的柏树进行桧柏臀纹粉蚧发生情况调查,并进行室内药剂筛选试验和田间药效试验。【结果】共调查2354棵柏树,虫株率为44.90%,虫情指数为2.25;东城区发生较严重,虫株率为72.34%,虫情指数为3.56;海淀区发生较轻,虫株率为10.98%,虫情指数为0.36。室内药剂处理7 d后,20%吡虫啉可溶液剂、4%阿维·啶虫脒乳油、25%噻嗪酮悬浮剂、28%阿维·螺螨酯悬浮剂效果较好,校正死亡率分别为100%、100%、96.00%、92.00%。田间药剂处理7 d后,20%吡虫啉可溶液剂和4%阿维·啶虫脒乳油效果最好,田间防效均达到100%。【结论】桧柏臀纹粉蚧在北京市区的柏树上已普遍发生;20%吡虫啉可溶液剂、4%阿维·啶虫脒乳油的防效好,可以作为防治桧柏臀纹粉蚧的主要药剂施用。[Objective]As a new invasive insect,there was relatively little research on the occurrence patterns and chemical control of Planococcus vovae.By investigating the occurrence of Planococcus vovae in the urban area of Beijing and screening of efficient and low-toxicity pesticides,the aim was to clarify the scope and degree of harm caused by P.vovae on cypress trees,and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of P.vovae.[Methods]Investigated the occurrence of P.vovae in six urban areas of Beijing,and conducted laboratory and field pesticides screening experiments.[Results]A total of 2354 cypress trees were investigated,with ratio of infected trees of 44.90%and pest index of 2.25.The occurrence in Dongcheng District was relatively serious,with ratio of infected trees of 72.34%and pest index of 3.56.The occurrence in Haidian District was relatively mild,with ratio of infected trees of 10.98%and pest index of 0.36.After 7 days of chemical treatment in laboratory,the 20%imidacloprid soluble agent,4%avermectin-acetamidine emulsion,25%buprofezin suspension agent and 28%avermectin-spirodiclofen suspension agent showed better control effects,with corrected mortality rates of 100%,100%,96.00%,and 92.00%respectively.After 7 days of chemical treatment in field,both 20%imidacloprid solution and 4%avermectin-acetamidine emulsion had the best effect of 100%.[Conclusion]P.vovae have been widely found on cypress trees in the urban area of Beijing.20%imidacloprid soluble agent and 4%avermectin-acetamidine emulsion have good control effects and can be used as the main pesticides for P.vovae control.
