摘 要:以蜂窝结构FeCrAl为基体,制备了Pt-Rh(Cu)/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)双金属结构催化剂,对催化剂形貌物性和制氢性能进行了分析,通过搭建实验装置对催化剂进行了制氢性能的评价。结果表明:所制备Pt-Rh/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)/FeCrAl表面形貌均一,无明显色差和堵孔,催化剂表面存在大量的表面孔隙,呈现出蛛网多孔形式,易于实现催化剂负载,使得催化剂具有较高的气体吸附和反应空间;Pt与Cu物质的量比为1∶15时在所制备的Pt系催化剂中新鲜态活性最高,对于甲醇和甲烷蒸汽重整反应具有75%以上的转化率,且氢气体积分数较高;与Pt-Cu相比,Pt-Rh催化剂稳定性高,活性组分团聚程度较低;所制备的双金属催化剂可同时适用于甲烷和甲醇双燃料,具有非常好的氢气选择性。Using FeCrAl with honeycomb structure as the substrate,Pt-Rh(Cu)/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) bimetallic structured catalyst was prepared,the morphology and hydrogen production performance of the catalyst were analyzed.The experimental device was built to evaluate the hydrogen production performance of the catalyst.Results show that the surface morphology of the prepared Pt-Rh/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)/FeCrAl is uniform,without obvious color difference and plugging holes.There are numerous surface pores on the catalyst surface,showing a cobweb porous form,which is easy to realize catalyst loading.Thus,the catalyst has higher gas adsorption and reaction space.When the molar ratio of Pt to Cu is 1∶15,the highest activity in the fresh state of the prepared Pt-based catalysts can be obtained,which has a conversion rate of more than 75% for methanol and methane steam reforming reaction,and the hydrogen concentration is high.Compared with Pt-Cu catalyst,Pt-Rh catalyst has higher stability and lower agglomeration of active components.The prepared bimetallic catalyst can be applied to both methane and methanol dual fuels,and has good hydrogen selectivity.
