摘　　要：习近平文化思想为新时代公安文化建设提供了理论遵循、实践路径。习近平文化思想以大历史观视野深度把握国家、民族、中国共产党的历史文化底蕴,以高度的理论自觉、理论自信阐释新时代中国特色社会主义文化,以为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的现实关切赋予文化实在的力量。新时代公安文化建设以树立公安文化自信、强化公安文化育警、勇担公安文化使命为理论遵循,其实践路径将时刻以人民为中心,重视精神文化的反作用,做好公安文化建设的智慧工程。The proposal of Xi Jinping cultural thought provides a theoretical and practical path for the further promotion of public security culture construction in the new era.Xi Jinping cultural thought has a deep grasp of the historical and cultural heritage of the country,the nation,and the Communist Party of China from the perspective of big history,and interprets the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era with a high degree of theoretical consciousness and theoretical confidence,so as to give cultural real power to the practical concerns of the Chinese people’s happiness and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The construction of public security culture in the new era takes the establishment of public security culture self-confidence,the strengthening of public security culture education,and the courage to shoulder the mission of public security culture as the theoretical guidance of its own philosophical construction,and takes the people-centered cultural orientation at all times,the counteraction of spiritual culture,and the emphasis on Chinese-style modernization as the practical path for the effective operation of public security culture construction in the new era.
