基于知识图谱的我国铁路线路治安研究现状与趋势展望

摘　　要：目前,国内鲜见对铁路线路治安研究的知识图谱分析。借助CiteSpace,得到中国知网中铁路线路治安研究文献的发文量、作者、机构、关键词知识图谱。20世纪90年代以来,我国铁路线路治安研究历经起步、发展、提质阶段,同我国铁路历次大提速和高速铁路的发展关联度较高。来自铁路公安机关和铁道警察学院的研究成果最多,但均未形成核心研究者,且相互合作少。当前铁路线路治安研究存在核心概念未廓清、成果发表平台不多、主要研究者发力不足、研究群体不够大、外部刺激不明显、研究方法不灵活等不足。在百年未有之大变局深刻影响下,我国铁路线路治安研究将从客货运输、“一带一路”铁路建设、反恐防范、交通强国建设、铁路警务改革、防范路外伤亡事故和多元主体协同共治等方面展开。At present,the knowledge graph analysis of railway line security research is rarely seen in China.With the help of CiteSpace,the knowledge graph of the number of publications,authors,institutions and keywords of railway line security research literatures in CNKI was obtained.Since the 1990s,the research of railway line security in China has gone through the stages of starting,developing and upgrading,which is closely related to previous speed increases in China’s railway system and the development of high-speed railway.The main research achievements are from railway public security organs and Railway Police College,but neither has formed a core group of researchers,nor do they exhibit substantial collaboration with one another.Currently,there are six deficiencies in the research of railway line security,including unclear definition of core concepts,few publication platforms for research achievements,insufficient efforts from key researchers,a small research community,an absence of noticeable external stimuli,and inflexible research methods.Under the profound influence of the great changes unseen in a century,the research on the security of China’s railway lines will be carried out from six aspects:passenger and freight transport,“Belt and Road”railway construction,counter-terrorism measures,construction of a powerful transportation country,railway police reform,prevention of off-road casualties and strengthening external environment governance.
