摘　　要：当前,哈萨克斯坦国内政局总体稳定,国际地位和国家影响力不断提高。但哈萨克斯坦国家安全形势仍存在着政治安全风险隐患重重、经济发展持续疲软、社会状况不容乐观、恐怖主义威胁加剧等现实问题。中国企业在哈萨克斯坦的发展状况与哈萨克斯坦国家安全形势息息相关,其采取的政治战略、经济战略和社会发展战略调整措施会对中国海外利益带来相应的风险挑战。通过客观把握哈萨克斯坦国家安全战略选择、政策布局演变,为未来中国在哈萨克斯坦做好海外利益保护,采取措施防范化解社会风险、保护海外利益持续拓展和“一带一路”行稳致远、中国企业更好地“走出去”保驾护航。Currently Kazakhstan enjoys stable domestic political situation,sustained and robust economic development,and a growing international status and national influence.Nevertheless,there are still political security risks,continued economic weakness,worsening social conditions,and a severe threat of terrorism.The development of Chinese enterprises in Kazakhstan is closely intertwined with the country’s national security situation,and its strategy adjustments in politics,economics,and social development will bring corresponding risk challenges to China’s overseas interests.Therefore,it is necessary to objectively understand the Kazakhstan’s national security strategy choice and the evolution of its policy layout when taking measures to safeguard China’s overseas interests in Kazakhstan in the future and implementing preventive measures to defuse social risks,in order to ensure the sustainable expansion of overseas interests and the steady progress of“the Belt and Road”Initiative and better escort Chinese enterprises to“go global”.
